Restaurant customer marketing

Give the next visit a thoughtful invitation.

Understand guest groups, prepare an email campaign and define a promotion with clear rules. Keep the audience, message and offer connected before you send anything.

Plan a relevant reason to return, with the guest’s permission at the center.

Guest context

Use recorded visit and spend activity to understand the audience you are planning for.

A reviewable campaign

Keep the audience, email copy and draft state visible before deciding to schedule or send.

Defined promotion rules

Set an offer’s boundaries so staff and guests can understand the same terms.

A closer look / 01

Start with who the message is for.

Review guest segments based on visit frequency and recency. Use that context to choose a relevant audience rather than treating every guest as the same campaign recipient.

Prepare the message before scheduling it.

Choose an audience and draft an email subject and message. Review the campaign and available scheduling controls. Only eligible, opted-in contacts should be considered for email, with channel setup confirmed first.

Plan your setup

Know what to prepare before service.

A useful demo should cover your real operating requirements, including the details below.
  • Customer marketing is an owner module. Confirm availability, plan inclusion and email-channel setup with the team.
  • These screens demonstrate segments, email drafts and promotions. They do not promise SMS or WhatsApp automation, guaranteed delivery or revenue uplift.
  • Customer segments are not marketing consent. Email eligibility must respect the guest’s recorded opt-in.
  • Promotions are not a points, stamps or loyalty-wallet program.
Plan a relevant invitation without relying on blanket discounts

Your questions

More about restaurant customer marketing.

Can I contact everyone who has placed an order?

No. An order or segment membership does not by itself establish permission to send marketing email. Use the recorded opt-in and the available channel configuration when preparing a campaign.

Which channel is shown in the product tour?

The tour shows an email campaign draft. Confirm the enabled email channel and its setup before rollout. SMS and WhatsApp automation are not promised by this page.

Does eRestro provide a points-based loyalty program?

The demonstrated tools are guest segments, email campaigns and promotions. Do not treat them as a points, stamps or wallet-based loyalty program.
