Live restaurant order management

See what needs attention across the floor.

Move from the live order board to the floor plan and into a single order. Keep the table, dishes, preparation and payment context in view throughout service.

One place to understand the shift, with the detail available when you need it.

Plan your setup

Know what to prepare before service.

A useful demo should cover your real operating requirements, including the details below.
  • Live updates require a working connection. The desktop app has separate, limited offline recovery behavior; it does not make the whole cloud workspace offline.
  • Actions depend on each staff member’s assigned role and permissions.
  • The floor view is an operational table view, not a reservation or booking engine.

Your questions

More about live restaurant order management.

How are the live board and kitchen display different?

The live board helps front-of-house staff manage the wider service, including tables and payment context. The kitchen display focuses on confirmed tickets and preparation work.

Can I see the dishes inside an order?

Yes. Open the order detail to inspect items, quantities, notes, available progress controls and activity. This is separate from the board’s at-a-glance summary.

Can the floor view start a new order?

Yes. An available table can lead into staff order entry. An active table opens its current service context. The venue’s table layout and staff permissions determine the available controls.
