Plan your setup
Know what to prepare before service.
- Service modes, staff access and printing need venue setup. Confirm plan inclusions before rollout.
- Guest-reported UPI payments require a separate staff check; bank reconciliation is not automatic.
- Printer compatibility depends on the model, operating system, driver and connection. Test your actual receipt and KOT before service.
Your questions
More about restaurant POS & staff ordering.
Can staff take orders without a guest scanning a QR code?
Yes. Staff can create an order directly, choose dishes and quantities, add notes, and select the enabled service mode. Guest browser ordering is another entry point into the service flow.
Does the new-order screen include a modifier builder?
The staff screen shown here supports menu items, quantities and line notes. Evaluate any required size, modifier or add-on workflow with the team rather than assuming it is included in this screen.
Is every feature shown included in Starter?
Starter is free to explore for one venue within the published limits. Staff workflow, desktop printing and advanced modules should be discussed against your restaurant’s needs and the current plan proposal.
